When registering a child for camp or maintaining a camper account, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, date of birth, emergency contact information, and medical information.

How does GDI protect information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of personal information when placing an order or form submission.

We offer the use of a secure server. All credit card information transmitted will go through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and be encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights.

After a transaction, private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials) will not be stored on our servers.

Does GDI disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information to outside parties; this does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting business, or assisting in promotion notifications.
